Our generic drugs offer affordable medicines that address the most pressing health issues in the developing world. Our product donations help expand access to medicines to many communities around the globe.

Environmental Responsibility

At Medicianz, safeguarding the health of the planet goes hand in hand with safeguarding the health of its inhabitants. Our objective is to reduce impact on the environment through committed and consistent improvement projects for Environment Management systems.

Medicianz has operations around the globe, each with its own environmental regulatory requirements and unique environmental factors. To ensure that all our locations meet essential requirements, each location must comply with the company's global Environment, Health and Safety Policy as well as local laws and regulations.

Medicianz has programs in place at all locations to understand our impact on energy use, water consumption, and waste through closely monitoring our ecological footprint.

Energy

We actively seek to reduce energy consumption and associated emissions across our global facilities.

Water

We work to reduce water consumption at our global facilities through careful management of manufacturing processes and by recycling water wherever possible.

Waste

Effective waste management is critical to our manufacturing processes and our environmental responsibility efforts. Our packaging sustainability efforts focus on reducing our use of natural resources and minimizing the impact our packaging may have on the environment after our product has been consumed. We are committed to supporting the efforts by seeking ways in which we can minimize the creation of packaging waste material – during its manufacture, distribution and at the end of its useful life.

Supporting the communities where we operate is a key objective at Medicianz, and we invest time and money where we believe we can make a positive impact: supporting health and wellness efforts, access to medicine, disaster relief and other needs.

We contribute a share of our earnings in charitable support to non-profit organizations and in product and in-kind donations. We also strongly encourage employee volunteering in the community.

We employ thousands of residents, our operations contribute to the local tax base, and we contribute time, funding and product to charitable causes. Medicianz employees donate considerable time and effort to community organizations and initiatives. Our Company focuses its funding on healthcare and education programs. Additionally, we provide college scholarships for the children of employees as well as grants and scholarships to school districts in the regions where we operate.
